Secure your spot by booking your solo getaway. The total cost of the vacation is due at the time of booking.
For added safety and peace of mind, you can opt in to receive daily check-ins from our team. Once a day, we will reach out via WhatsApp to ensure that your trip is going smoothly and address any concerns you might have.

How do I choose a destination for my solo getaway?Select your destination from the list of available locations on our website. We offer trips only to the destinations listed.

When do I need to book my trip?All bookings must be made at least 5 months prior to the departure date to ensure availability and adequate preparation.

What is the payment process for the solo getaway?The total cost of the trip is due at the time of booking. We accept various forms of payment, which are detailed on our payment page.

What is the cancellation policy for a solo getaway?If you cancel more than 150 days before your trip, you are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made between 149 and 90 days before departure will result in a 50% refund. Any cancellations made 89 days or less before departure are non-refundable.

We recommend keeping in regular communication with our team during your trip and taking advantage of local support services. Additionally, you can opt in for a daily check-in service where our team will contact you once a day via WhatsApp to ensure everything is going smoothly.

What support will I have while on my solo getaway?During your solo getaway, support is designed to encourage independence while ensuring your safety. For those who opt-in, our team provides a daily check-in via WhatsApp to ensure your trip is going smoothly. For travelers who do not opt-in for daily check-ins, our team will occasionally reach out to ensure everything is proceeding well. Please note that our support team is available from 6 AM to 10 PM EST, and we are offline overnight from 10 PM to 6 AM EST. This getaway is ideal for travelers who are comfortable navigating on their own and prefer minimal assistance.
